Check whether the nozzles of each vibrating screen are clogged or detached after starting normally. Observe the temperature and sound of the motor frequently. Observe the vibration of the exciter frequently and observe the vibrating condition of the screen. Is the amplitude of the four corners consistent? Is there any leakage coal? Loose or detached, often observe the effect of dehydration. Check whether the screen inlet and outlet conditions are normal or not.
When you stop using it, you can stop the material on the screen after it is finished. When stopping, observe whether the screen collides with other devices when passing through the resonance point. When the following conditions are found, the screen must be stopped immediately. In the event of endangering personal safety or equipment safety, when screen area is large and there is a large amount of deposits, the screening area is broken, the screen chute is seriously blocked, and the screen box is severely shaken. Do not restart the vibrating screen after troubleshooting.
One problem that should also be paid attention to is to check the equipment before use, including the equipment hygiene, all parts of the connecting bolts are complete, fastened, intact, check the exciter is intact, check the springs for damage, lack, fracture, etc. Phenomenon, check whether the V-belt is tensioned and broken, whether the screen box is damaged or not, check whether the screen plate is clogged with debris, and if the screen surface is flat, no damage or looseness occurs, check whether the inflow and outflow chutes are unblocked and check whether the beam is open. Such phenomena as checking whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable, checking whether the control box, communication, lighting is in good condition, whether the grounding protection is reliable, and whether the control button is flexible and reliable.
In the process of using feeders for fully automated broiler cages, we must pay attention to the fact that every safety step in the use process cannot be ignored. Then, when using, what issues should we pay attention to? First, check before starting the machine to check the tightening of all bolts, especially whether the bolts and core fastening bolts of the spring plate group are tightened. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the controller switches and regulators are off or zero. Second, start the operation, turn on the power, first open the main power switch on the controller, and then turn on the low voltage power button switch, turn the potentiometer knob, gradually increase from zero, so that the amplitude of the vibrator reaches the 1.75MM rating, However, the current should not exceed the rated value. During operation, attention must be paid to observing the stability of the current. If it is found that the current fluctuation is large, the cause must be ascertained. Under normal circumstances, the feeder is not allowed to empty, and a certain amount of material should be maintained in the chute and the bunker. It is allowed to start and stop directly with the load under rated voltage. Always pay attention to whether the iron core and the armature collide. If you hear a collision sound, you must stop and check immediately. Do not allow the feeder to run with a broken spring plate for any short time. Thirdly, the order of parking must be clearly defined. Stop the feeder before stopping the belt conveyor. Gradually turn the knob of the potentiometer to zero, turn off the low voltage power button switch on the controller first, then turn off the main power switch, and then cut off the input power.
